RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT SAFETY POLICY

1. GENERAL RETURN REQUESTS

If you wish to return a product or report any issue, please contact Bronx Colors via Line Official Account: @bronxcolors and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Bronx Colors reserves the right to approve or reject return or refund requests based on compliance with this policy and applicable laws.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Returns are accepted if:    

  • Product is unused and unopened  
  • Original packaging and seals remain intact
  • Request is made within 7 days from delivery date

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after inspection and approval.

Bronx Colors reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet conditions.

3. INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If Bronx Colors ships incorrect, damaged, or defective products, Bronx Colors will provide replacement or full refund.

Bronx Colors will cover all associated shipping costs

The product must be returned within 14 days after approval.

4. ADVERSE OR ALLERGIC REACTIONS

If an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact Bronx Colors.

Bronx Colors may provide refund, replacement, or compensation subject to investigation.

Medical documentation may be required.

Bronx Colors shall not be liable for reactions caused by:    

  • misuse    
  • improper application    
  • known allergies    
  • use with third-party products    
  • failure to perform patch testing

5. INSPECTION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must be complete and in original condition.

Bronx Colors reserves the right to inspect and reject non-compliant returns.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will be processed via original payment method.

Processing time depends on banks and platforms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bronx Colors’ liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product, except where required by law.

Bronx Colors shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
